On-Demand Courses

How to complete the on-demand course?

After purchasing a on-demand course, click on the course's name in 'My Dashboard'.
To view the course video, select 'Click to launch course video'.  If you have issues with viewing the video please see Technical Issues. Use the Camtasia controls and Table of Contents to navigate through the video (see the diagram below).

                               Camtasia Player

After viewing the video, you need to take the course's quiz to be awarded CE credit.  To do this close the player window which returns you to the course page. Select 'Click to take quiz,' answer all questions on the quiz and press 'Submit'.  It will provide you with your scores, letting you know if you passed or failed, the questions you got wrong or right, and information on how to retake if you failed.  You can take the quiz twice.  If upon the second failed attempt you would like to try again, you will need to re-register for the course.
If you would like to provide us with feedback on the course, select 'Click to take evaluation' on it's course page.

Why doesn’t the video play?

If you are having issues with the video player, please make sure Adobe Flash is installed and that it is updated to the current version. Click to check your Adobe Flash status and the current version available. If you need to update or install Flash, visit Adobe's Download Center.
Another issue could be your connection speed.  We recommend a minimum connection speed of 56 kbps.
Please call 509-335-1198 or email if you need support or have questions.
